Handwoven Caucasian kilim rug with a geometric pattern in red, blue, ivory, and gold. Features central octagonal medallions and stylized motifs within multiple borders. Woven with wool on cotton foundation. Fringed ends. Dimensions: 8' long x 6' 5" wide. 

Condition

Poor condition with notable areas of damage to the weave and fringe. Several areas of staining. One corner shows significant rips and damage; the reverse side has been reinforced with adhesive tape (see photos). Fringe is damaged, with sections worn away and other sections stained. Pickup for St. Louis bidders is Thursday, October 9th from 3pm to 6pm in St. Louis, MO (63122). Pickup for Kansas City bidders is Tuesday, October 14th from 3pm to 6pm in Shawnee, KS (66203). Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
