Philip Laber (American, b. 1948) is a Kansas-based painter, printmaker, and educator known for his conceptual and symbolically layered works exploring history, mythology, and the human condition. A longtime professor of art at Missouri Western State University, Laber has exhibited widely throughout the Midwest and nationally, with work held in public and private collections. His art often merges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary themes, reflecting both narrative depth and technical precision.
