This pair of antique hand-carved wood pilasters feature torsos above richly carved fruit and foliage motifs. Likely of Continental European origin, these pieces reflect Renaissance Revival styling with Baroque influence. Originally used as architectural or furniture mounts, they would be ideal decorative elements for restoration or design projects. Possibly late 19th century. Dimensions each: 24” high x 3.5” wide x 3.75” deep.
Condition
Salvage condition consistent with reclaimed antique material. There are some signs of wear throughout. Please not this is not a matching set, size and design varies slightly. See photos for more details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Tuesday, August 26th from 2-7pm in Kansas City, MO. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
