Painted wood fireplace mantel surround featuring carved acanthus and floral motifs in a Neoclassical-inspired design. The mantel surround is comprised of two separate pieces with the top resting into the lower surround body. Both pieces are constructed from wood. Dimensions: 50” H x 42” W x 10” D.
Condition
Overall very good. The back right corner of the top piece shows separation between the joined wood pieces and needs light repair. Visible spots of dried wood glue on the top show previous small repairs. Paint finish for the top piece appears to only have one coat giving it spots that appear like paint loss. Visible spot along the left column where there is paint missing. No fastening hardware present to secure top and bottom components. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Wednesday, November 19th from 1 to 7pm in Olathe, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
