A Meadowcraft, Inc. wrought iron patio set, including six chairs, a table, and an umbrella with a wrought iron stand. Four of the chairs have spring rockers. Seven blue, white, and yellow floral seat cushions. Dimensions of table: 29.5" H x 48" W x 48" D, chairs: 38" H x 20.5" W x 23" D x 17.5" seat height, umbrella: 8' H x 8'4" full extension diameter.

Condition
Fair, noticeable wear; usable, but below average. Significant paint chipping and some patches of rust. However, no structural concerns. The umbrella could use a cleaning but the crank works and it's in good overall condition. The seat cushions appear to have barely been used. See photos for more condition details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Thursday, June 25th from 2 30pm to 6pm in Olathe, KS 66062. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
