A Kansas City native, Ulmer taught himself to draw using scrap cardboard boxes as his materials. Due to his upbringing, Ulmer's subject matter often focused on local Kansas scenery and landmarks. Known for his large oils, his work was featured in U.S. News, Time, and World Report.

Item pickup is Thursday, June 11th from 11am to 7pm in Kansas City, MO 64105. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
