A Broyhill Furniture set including a four-drawer dresser, a desk with chair, and a nightstand. Based on the markings on the back, these were all made in 1978 as part of a matching set that was purchased together. Dimensions of dresser: 43.25" H x 36" W x 20" D, desk: 30.5" H x 26.25" W x 20" D, chair: 32" H x 18" W x 20" D x 17.75" seat height, nightstand: 23" H x 22" W x 17" D.

Condition
Fair to good, visible wear consistent with average use and age. The nightstand has more wear to the surface than the other pieces and would be considered more of a "fair" condition. The desk and chair have some scrapes and marks, but are in good shape overall. The second drawer from the top is slightly loose. See photos for more condition details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Thursday, June 25th from 2 30pm to 6pm in Olathe, KS 66062. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
