A modern lounge swivel armchair by Anees Furniture & Design, named the ‘Luxor.’ 

The sapphire blue custom upholstery has a soft linear velvety texture feel, but also strength in the quality. The stuffing is soft but holds its shape and the chair's smooth swivel is covered up by the footboard. Dimensions: 32" H x 36" W x 36.5" D; seat: 17" H x 22" W x 22" D; arm: 23" H.

Delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of the sale location. Standard delivery rates are:

• 1-mover item: $60

• 2-mover item: $100

• Extra large or delicate items, garage delivery: $250

• Extra large or delicate items, in-home delivery: $300

Winning bidders interested in delivery will receive a link to sign up. Please note that some unusual items may require a custom delivery quote.

Item pickup is Monday, April 13th from 4 to 6pm in Mission Hills, KS 66208. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
