Chinese silver dollar from the late Qing Dynasty, dated to the Guangxu Emperor period. The obverse features a detailed imperial dragon surrounded by the English inscription "TAI-CHING-TI-KUO SILVER COIN" and denomination "7 MACE AND 2 CANDAREENS." The reverse displays Chinese characters identifying the Guangxu era and denomination. These coins were struck in silver and circulated throughout China during the early 20th century.
