Originally sourced by Madden-McFarland Interiors, this armchair was manufactured by Southwood Furniture in Hickory, North Carolina. The exposed wood legs have carved detailing. The chair is upholstered in a tonal Nantucket red damask fabric. Dimensions: 40" H x 35" W x 35" D: Seat: 19” H x 19” W x 21” D; Arms: 25.5” H.

Condition

Very good for age and use, there are some signs of wear including subtle fading. Minor finish imperfections to the legs. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Friday, June 26th from 12pm to 6pm in Leawood, KS 66209. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
