This antique style armchair was made in Hickory, North Carolina by Southwood Furniture. The wood frame features veneer detailing throughout. It is upholstered in a butter yellow damask fabric. Dimensions: 35.5" H x 24" W x 25" D; Seat: 17.5” H x 18” W x 18” D; Arms: 29” H.

Condition
Good condition for age and use; there are minor finish imperfections, several nicks out of the wood and there is a slight crease at the seat back cushion. Some pilling and loose threading on the fabric. It appears that there is a repair on one of the back legs. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Friday, June 26th from 12pm to 6pm in Leawood, KS 66209. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
