This unique figure of a parrot is crafted from a range of materials. The tail is made from Amazonite, above the tail is rhodonite, there are petrified wood feet and body. The brown elements are crafted from agate. The beak is made from black onyx, the eyes are citrin and the base is made from flurite. The material information comes from a paper with contact information in Nairobi, Kenya which is where it was made and originally purchased. Dimensions: 11” high x 17.5” wide x 5” deep.
Good vintage condition, there are signs of wear and cracks throughout. There is one significant surface crack. It looks like a repair was made on one of the talons. There may be missing edges from feathered components. Please see photos for more details.
