This is a large folio edition (100 plates) of “Buildings Plans and Designs by Frank Lloyd Wright”, originally published by Horizon Press in New York. It is a facsimile edition of a rare 1910 portfolio originally published in Germany by Wasmuth as Ausgeführte Bauten und Entwürfe von Frank Lloyd Wright. “The 1910 Wasmuth Porfolio was Wright’s first international publication and introduced his revolutionary designs to a European audience, influencing the development of modern architecture. The American edition is limited to twenty-six hundred copies, of which twenty-five hundred copies are for sale.” This Copy is Number 395 C
Condition
The cover is fair for vintage age and use with visible signs of wear. The plates are good to fair with some visible stains and wear on the edges. See photos for more details.

Item pickup is Thursday, September 25th from 3 - 7pm in Kansas City, MO 64105. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
