A scholarly 19th-century edition on Ancient Egypt by George Rawlinson (2 volumes) alongside a 1909 Crown Edition of Private Lives of Kaiser Wilhelm II and His Consort (3 volumes, illustrated and limited 346 of 500 copies). A fascinating pairing of ancient and modern empires from a collector’s or historian’s perspective.
Condition
Moderate exterior wear to spines and boards, including rubbing and some staining. Internally, the books appear clean and intact, retaining original maps and illustrations. See photos for more details.

Item pickup is Tuesday, August 26th from 2-7pm in Kansas City, MO. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice.
