This lot includes three framed watercolor paintings. One depicts a lakeside scene with trees and mountains. The other shows a house in a winter landscape. The last features a windmill and a small building in a rural setting. Dimensions: 21” x 33” on the largest painting 

Condition

Good with normal wear on the wood frame paintings and the metal frame painting is loose where the metal and glass connect. See more photos for condition details.

Item pickup is Wednesday, December 3rd from 11am to 6pm in Lenexa, KS 66215. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
