Good, showing some signs of wear on the lower front. There are scratches on the lower front where the chair has rubbed. The top is very good and has been protected by a glass top. The chair does show some large scratches throughout, mostly on the right arm where the chair rubbed the underside of the desk. See photos for more condition details.
