A group of five framed 1840s land-grant sale documents, most of which are signed by former U.S. President James A. Polk. Dimensions: 11" H x 18" W. Delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of the sale location. Standard delivery rates are: • 1-mover item: $60 • 2-mover item: $100 • Extra large or delicate items, garage delivery: $250 • Extra large or delicate items, in-home delivery: $300. Winning bidders interested in delivery will receive a link to sign up. Please note that some unusual items may require a custom delivery quote.
Condition
Poor with visible wear. The frames are in perfect condition, but the documents themselves are in poor condition. Note holes in the papers, and the severe inking fading. See photos for more condition details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Wednesday, April 22nd from 1 to 6pm in Kansas City, MO 64116. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
