A striking group of four antique carved wood panels, each featuring a Gothic Revival-style portrait medallion of knights or noble figures in profile. The backgrounds are carved with diamond trellis and rosette motifs, framed by deep molding. Likely salvaged from a cabinet, chest, or architectural element, these richly detailed panels display dark patina, age wear, and natural splits, enhancing their historic character.
Dimensions: 19" H x 10.5" W x .5" D.
Condition
These pieces are true architectural salvage and show expected wear, splits, and old repairs. Two panels are split into two pieces. See photos for more details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Wednesday, October 8th from 3pm-7pm in downtown Kansas City, MO (64105). Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
