The larger handwoven seagrass basket (14" H x 18" R). This is a handwoven coil-style basket, made from seagrass. The hanging seagrass basket (12" H x 11" W x 1-7 1/2" D is a hand woven sweetgrass basket made by a craftsman (Eric) from Charleston, South Carolina, that demonstrates traditional weaving techniques. sweetgrass baskets have roots in African traditions and are part of the Gullah Geechee Culture. Additional baskets have a mid-century modern take on them. 

Very good with minimal signs of wear. See pictures. 

Winning bidders must pick up their items on April 2nd between 3pm and 7pm. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice.

Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the link emailed with their invoice.
