Three Mid-Century Moroccan Sarazan Scimitar daggers, featuring ornate handles and sheaths that were collected from travels circa 1940s-1950s. From Marrakech and Ouarzazate, located in Western and Southwestern Morocco. Decorative metalwork throughout with various intricate patterns on both sheaths and handles. The sheaths on all three close.
16.25” from blade tip to bottom handle on longest knife.
Good condition overall. Some wear and use consistent with age for knives being an older age. One of the sheaths has a loose piece at where the blade enters. Loose wood inside one of the sheaths, that is used to protect the blade. Please see photos for detailed condition assessment.
