A comfortable Restoration Hardware tufted leather swivel armchair. Features rolled arms, a plush seat cushion, and hobnail trim. The leather appears to be in good condition. Classic design suitable for various interior styles. Purchased 12/20/2014. Measurements: 36” H x 33” W x 39” D.
Condition
Good condition. Leather shows minimal wear but does have scratches. Frame is sturdy. Please see photos for detailed condition.

Item pickup is Tuesday, November 4th from 2 - 6pm in Overland Park, KS 66221. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
