Extremely scarce early American New Testament, printed by Benjamin Gomez, one of the first Jewish booksellers in the United States. This edition is among the earliest New Testament printings in New York and reflects the pluralistic nature of early American publishing. In original state with hand-sewn gatherings, this copy represents a rare survival of early 19th-century religious print culture.

Condition
Original plain wrappers with exposed spine; gatherings sound but fragile; title page clean and complete. Age toning and wear consistent with age. See pictures.
