The carved wood plate has a detailed medallion at the center and is a light toned wood. There is no signature. Dimensions: 1.25" high x 14.25" diameter. The artwork was made in Poland, the back reads "Sztuka Lowicka". This folk art is known as Wycinanki and is a collage of hand cut paper. It is framed in gold metal with a natural off white fabric matting. Dimensions: 15.25" high x 15.25" wide x .75" deep.

Condition

Very good condition for age and use. There are some minor signs of wear to the paper art itself, along with some minor markings to the matting and slight wear to the the frame. There are minor signs of wear to the plate with some distressing and scratches on the bottom. See pictures.

Item pickup is Wednesday, June 11th from 3-7pm in Prairie Village, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
