Two antique wooden wall clocks. One consisting of the word “REGULATOR” printed in gold on the glass panel. It is indeed a regulator clock itself, but that is not the brand. One the clock face under the 6 is printed Western Germany, which helps to date the clock at ca. 1910. A simply architectural hexagon face frame, and clean lined body with a glass paneled door, make this easy to look at.
Second, a New Haven Clock Co. “Whitney” Banjo style wall clock. All three sections of the wood body open up. The clock face features numbers in italics, setting it apart from many other clocks. The middle section is where the pendulum arm would swing in. The bottom panel door opens up to the brass pendulum, a key, and some hardware. The front of the bottom shelf has a depiction of a columned manor.
Regulator measures: 23.75" H x 15.5" W x 5.25" D
Good with light wear considering age and use. The banjo clock’s middle section door has broken into pieces, which are included. These are untested but appear to have all working parts included. See photos for more condition details.
