Condition
Fair, noticeable wear; usable, but below average. Upholstery has several stains throughout and all armrests are very worn. Wood has scratches and marks throughout consistent with age. Structurally sound. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup for St. Louis residents is Thursday, February 12th from 3pm to 6pm in St Louis, MO 63131. Item pickup for Kansas City residents is Friday, February 13th from 3pm to 6pm in Shawnee, KS 66203. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
