Fair, noticeable wear; usable, but below average. The rattan is coming loose on the upper backs. The arms show slight wear. The cushions show some light wear from outdoor use. The rattan is coming loose on the edge of the ottoman. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Thursday, March 26th from 1 to 6pm in Leawood, KS 66224. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
