Pair of hand-painted oil landscapes, likely dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, depicting serene rural scenes with cottages, figures, and waterways. These works exhibit the fine detail and distinctive surface craquelure of typical of antique works lacking varnish. Both are presented in their original frames but can be easily reframed. Dimensions: Paintings: 11.25" x 24.5"; With Frame: 30.75" x 17.75".
Condition
Both pieces have visible age wear, paint loss, and paint separation consistent with age and materials. Significant damage to original frames but still functional. See photos for more details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Wednesday, October 22nd from 11am-7pm in Loch Lloyd, MO (64012). Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
