Good, visible wear consistent with average use. There are some scuffs on the seat of the chair and the top of the ottoman. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Friday, May 29th from 1pm to 6pm in Mission Hills, KS 66208. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
