Italian born artist (1943) Nadia D’Alessandro (both spellings found during research) created her most popular work, like this one “Shady Harbor” around the mid-1970’s. This era of work is renowned for the depictions of boats and harbors, usually including a bright red fishing boat, with an ominous sky backdrop. Thick and dramatic oil painting is the medium and there is a signature is found in bottom right corner. Recent sales between $300-$750 online. Dimensions:42.5 " H x 32" W x 3" D.

Condition
Very good, showing only minor signs of wear. Thick acrylic palette knife paint style keeps the surface textured and unharmed. The frame shows no damage. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Thursday, April 23rd from 1 to 6pm in Shawnee, KS 66226. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
