Nick Vaccaro (Kansas, 1931-2002) “By The Sea” heart collage, signed Vaccaro ‘99 on the front lower right corner and signed and dated Feb 15 ‘99 on the reverse and “After The Rain” heart collage, signed and dated Vaccaro ‘99 on the front right corner and signed and dated Feb 13 ‘99 on the reverse. Dimensions for both: 21.25” H x 17.25” D.
Nick Vaccaro was a professor and chairman of the drawing and painting department at the University of Kansas. As an artist, Vaccaro was the recipient of purchase awards from the San Francisco Museum of Art (1958), the Dallas Museum of Fine Art (1961), and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Art, and his work has additionally been exhibited in the Nelson Gallery of Art, Oklahoma Arts Center, Wichita Art Museum, and Dallas Museum for Contemporary Arts.
Condition
Good for age and use with light signs of wear on the frames. See photos for more details.

Item pickup is Wednesday, September 3rd from 11am-1pm in Kansas City, MO. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
