Nick Vaccaro
(Kansas, 1931-2002)
This abstract painting signed Vaccaro is double sided with an abstract black image on one side and a pink grid on the opposite. Overall dimensions: 20” high x 23” wide.
Nick Vaccaro was a professor and chairman of the drawing and painting department at the University of Kansas. As an artist, Vaccaro was the recipient of purchase awards from the San Francisco Museum of Art (1958), the Dallas Museum of Fine Art (1961), and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Art, and his work has additionally been exhibited in the Nelson Gallery of Art, Oklahoma Arts Center, Wichita Art Museum, and Dallas Museum for Contemporary Arts.
Condition
Good condition for age and use. There is some wear to the edge of the mat board. There are some small marks on and one small tear to edge of the artwork.

Item pickup is Wednesday, September 3rd from 11am-1pm in Kansas City, MO. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
