Set of three abstract pottery sculptures ranging in sizes from 7" to 8" H x 4.5" to 8" W. Nick Vaccaro was a professor and chairman of the drawing and painting department at the University of Kansas. As an artist, Vaccaro was the recipient of purchase awards from the San Francisco Museum of Art (1958), the Dallas Museum of Fine Art (1961), and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Art, and his work has additionally been exhibited in the Nelson Gallery of Art, Oklahoma Arts Center, Wichita Art Museum, and Dallas Museum for Contemporary Arts.
Condition
Good for age and use with some natural cracks in the pottery. One has a chip on the back. See photos for more details.

Item pickup is Wednesday, October 1st from 11am - 7pm in Kansas City, MO 64105. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
