This three seat sofa features one unseparated seat cushion, three back pillows, and roll arms. It is a very comfortable sofa with deep seating but still has structure. The upholstery is a custom creamy white striped velvet or corduroy, and this is from Midwest designer Nell Hill’s. Dimensions: 34" H (seat 21” H) x 85" W (seat 70” W) x 40" D (seat 22” D).
Delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of the sale location. Standard delivery rates are:
• 1-mover item: $60
• 2-mover item: $100
• Extra large or delicate items, garage delivery: $250
• Extra large or delicate items, in-home delivery: $300 Winning bidders interested in delivery will receive a link to sign up. Please note that some unusual items may require a custom delivery quote.

Item pickup is Monday, April 13th from 4 to 6pm in Mission Hills, KS 66208. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
