An original folk art crank toy by the Hallmark artist perhaps best known for co-creating the Hoops and Yoyo characters. As the toy is cranked, the figure's teeth chomp, fingers move up and down, and other hand's fingers open and close to peek through.

Very good condition, with all elements functional, though a couple of the fingers near the mouth tend to catch and not move with the rest.
