This Meissen figural group depicts a gentleman assisting a lady over a broken bridge, with putti (cherubs) nearby, one scattering roses. The model for “The Broken Bridge” was created by Michel Victor Acier ca. 1900. Meissen mark on the base. Dimensions: 9.25” H x 6.5” W x 6” D

Condition

Overall very good with light visible wear. There is a chip on edge of the gentleman’s coat and a few chips on the leaf edges. See photos for more details.

Item pickup is Thursday, September 4th from 3pm-7pm in Loch Lloyd, MO. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
