This packed eclectic estate features a diverse collection of art, one-of-a-kind sculptures, Native American items, and furnishings. Highlights include life-size statues by Daniel Myers, a leather fringed jacket from the Tlingit Clan of the Raven-Otter-Whale-Frog House in Klukwan, signed Peterson Barnes wall hangings, works by Clemens Briels, Mark McCloud, Harry Fonseca, and a numbered Van Horn painting. Pickup is May 6 in Owensville, MO from 2:30-5:30pm. Pickup for KC bidders is May 8 from 3-6pm in Shawnee, KS.

Framed mixed media textile collage by artist, Meiling, featuring a miniature Aloha shirt constructed from patterned fabric panels. Presented in a bamboo-style frame with layered matting. Verso includes artist information sheet and plaque reading, "About the Aloha Shirt: in the late 1920's, the Aloha Shirt was first worn by the young men of Hawaii. It was then simply called the "Hawaiian Shirt". In the 1930's, the name "Aloha Shirt" came into use. Its colorful prints and cool, comfortable style and the Aloha Shirt popular among both locals and island visitors. By the end of the 1940's, the Aloha Shirt could be seen all around the world.

"About the Artist: Meiling was born on the island of Taiwan. In 1971, she arrived in Honolulu for hotel management training and soon fell in love with the beauty and cultures of her new island home. Meiling has mastered many arts, including water color and oil painting, stained glass, Hawaiian Quilt designs and stitchery. Handmade in Hawaii by Meiling."

Item pickup for St. Louis residents is Wednesday, May 6th from 2 30pm to 5 30pm in Owensville, MO 65066. Item pickup for Kansas City residents is Friday, May 8th from 3pm to 6pm in Shawnee, KS 66203. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
