A large antique English linen press with accenting brass hardware. Includes a key. Linen presses are an antiquated method of storing linens and bedsheets, predominantly used during the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. Usually placed in or near bedrooms, the piece literally presses linens using two boards that can be tightened with screws. Dimensions: 76" H x 81" W x 28.5" D.

Item pickup is Thursday, June 4th from 11am to 7pm in Kansas City, MO 64112. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
