Professional delivery is required for this lot. Due to the size, location, and moving requirements of this item, and to limit the number of movers and buyers entering the residence, Brown Button will coordinate delivery. A required delivery fee of $300 will be added to the buyer’s invoice, in addition to the hammer price and buyer’s premium. Delivery is expected to occur the week of May 25.
