A vintage Italian white marble and carved alabaster fireplace mantle with accented cherub façade. Includes black wrought iron wood burning fireplace insert. Will be uninstalled prior to pick up, see condition for more details. Dimensions: 48" H x 73" W x 16" D.
Professional delivery is required for this lot. Due to the size, location, and moving requirements of this item, and to limit the number of movers and buyers entering the residence, Brown Button will coordinate delivery within 25 miles. A required delivery fee of $300 will be added to the buyer’s invoice, in addition to the hammer price and buyer’s premium. Delivery is expected to occur the week of May 25. Buyer is responsible for being available to coordinate and receive delivery.
Condition
Very good with little to no visible wear. See photos for more condition details. This will be deinstalled from a working residence and are sold in used condition with expected wear consistent with prior use and removal. The removal process may cause damage to finished edges, especially along wall contact points. Material is fragile and may crack, chip, or break during removal. Condition after removal is not guaranteed. By placing a bid, the buyer accepts all risks associated with removal.
Available payment options
Item pickup is May 26th from 11am to 6pm in Mission Hills, KS 66208. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
