This $1.5M, 5,000 sqft. Overland Park auction comes from the home of one of Kansas City’s preeminent interior designers. The collection reflects a professionally designed residence with an emphasis on quality furnishings, decorative arts, and refined interior accents. Furniture highlights include Henredon, Barcalounger, Robert Paul, and Hooker Furniture. An excellent collection of crystal features Lalique, Orrefors, Waterford, and Steuben. Signature decor pieces are Lladro porcelain, chinese tiered rattan wedding box, and several bronze statues. Pick up is March 31 from 1-7pm in OP, KS 66223. This leather chair was manufactured by Henredon Furniture in Hickory, North Carolina. It was originally purchased from Madden McFarland Interiors. The frame is solid wood and it is upholstered in a high quality leather. There is an antique brass nailhead trim. Dimensions: 46” H x 33” W x 38” D; Seat: 19” H x 21” W x 22” D. 

Condition

Good, visible wear consistent with average use. It is very well constructed, there are markings on the wood base and scratches to the leather upholstery. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Tuesday, March 31st from 1 to 7pm in Overland Park, KS 66223. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
