This beautiful quilt started as one of eight completed quilt tops that were donated to ScrapsKC after their maker, a member of the local quilting community, passed away. ScrapsKC's textile volunteers were determined to ensure each quilt top was bound and finished in her honor, so her work could live on and be appreciated for years to come.
This quilt features a patchwork foursquare set on point. It includes light blue and red fabrics with other pops of color. Thank you to Klate Reimer and the folks at the Fabric Chic in Parkville for generously longarming this quilt, and ScrapsKC volunteer David Wood for binding it and bringing it to life.
