Handcrafted doll house with seven rooms to decorate. Comes with a bag of extra cedar roof shingles and one fireplace. The back side of the roof pulls up on hinges to reveal an empty third floor. Table not included.
Measures: Length 43" x Width 18" x Height 26.5."
Condition
Handmade construction - some cedar planks on roof are loose or partially broken, especially on the lowest row on the front side of the roof. Some paint chips throughout but very minor. Bricks missing from chimney. Made to look rustic in original build. See photos for more condition details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Tuesday, December 23rd from 2 to 6pm in Shawnee, KS 66203. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
