This lot includes two pieces that were made by Hancock & Moore. Both were originally purchased from Madden McFarland Interiors. The armchair is covered in a beautiful brown leather with an oversize nailhead trim. Dimensions: 35.5” H x 32” W x 36” D; Seat: 17.5” H x 19.5” W x 24” D. The storage ottoman is upholstered in a rustic tan leather. The wood interior is divided. Dimensions: 12.5” H x 22.5” W x 14” D.
Condition
Very good, showing minor signs of wear. There is distressing to the leather, especially along the front. See photos for more condition details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Tuesday, April 21st from 12 30pm to 6pm in Overland Park, KS 66223. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
