This leather armchair was manufactured by Hancock & Moore in High Point, North Carolina. It is upholstered in ivory leather with button tufted detailing. There are two nailhead trims, one standard and another with oversized brass nailheads. Dimensions: 37" H x 35" W x 41" D; 18.5” H x 21” W x 21.5” D; Arms: 24” H.

Very good, it is a very comfortable chair. There are several areas of small imperfections to the leather. See photos for more condition details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Wednesday, June 10th from 3pm to 6pm in Mission, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
