A French secretary desk finely crafted in the Louis XVI style, having a colorful marble top, gilt bronze mounts, and ornate marquetry inlays over oak solids. Stamped "Made in France" to the back. Circa 1940s.

Condition
Good condition. There are a few small chips and repairs to the inlays. One of the back corners of the marble top is chipped. Drawers glide smoothly. The drop-front desk does not include a key.
