Detailed color lithograph by Edna Hibel depicting a mother carrying her child, rendered in Hibel’s signature soft pastel tones and expressive line work. Hand-signed and numbered 77/300 in pencil. Presented in gold frame with linen mat and gilt inner liner. Dimensions: 28” x 23.5”.
Edna Hibel (American, 1917-2014) was a prolific American painter and lithographer known for her luminous portrayals of women, children, and family bonds. Her work combines impressionistic color with classical sensitivity, drawing influence from motherhood themes and international cultures. Her works have been exhibited worldwide, including the Smithsonian Institution, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and numerous international embassies.

Item pickup is Wednesday, November 5th from 3 - 7pm in Overland Park, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
