Early 20th-century smoking tobacco cloth pouches. The framed Whale Smoking Tobacco pouch measures 8” H x 5 1/2” W (frame is 10 1/4” H x 8 1/4” W). The Richardson’s Old North State Smoking Tobacco pouch measures 16” H x 11 1/2” W.
