This lot includes 8 plates from around the world. Origins include Italy, Japan and Russia. There are a matching pair from Italy with a floral design that are 8” W. The small Russian plate is artist signed and not intended for food use and is 7.75” W. The remainder of the plates are from Japan. There is a matching pair with a gilded rim that measure 10” wide. The remainder are hand painted, some with gilded accents.
Condition
Good condition for age and use. There is some surface loss on gilded elements. Light cleaning recommended. No notable chips or cracks. See photos for more detail.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Wednesday, September 24th from 1 - 6pm in Overland Park, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
