A hand-painted Chinese ancestral scroll painting of a man in blue mangfu with civil officer's rank badge and beads, seated on a throne covered in embroidered silk and set on a moth-decorated floor. Circa mid-20th century. Measures 53" x 23 3/4".
Measures 60" x 24".
Condition
Mild ripples and folds to the scroll. An area of skinning to the paper in the top right. Some stains and spots in the top area of the scroll, above the figure's head.
