This lot includes two wooden chairs perfectly sized for children. The smaller and older of the two has an aged patina and carved dowels on the seat back. Dimensions: 19.5” H x 11” W x 11” D; Seat: 9” H. The larger of the two chairs was manufactured by Appleton Toy and Furniture Company in Wisconsin. The painted black finish is not original as the underside shows a red finish. Dimensions: 28” H x 12” W x 13” D; Seat: 13.5” H. There is a wood hand crafted loom with a partially completed textile. Dimensions: 22.75” x 22.75” x 4.5”. Finally, there is a completed textile hanging on a branch dowel that weaves together black, tan and white fibers. Approximate dimensions: 27” H.
Condition
Conditions vary, one of the chairs has significant wear with some pieces of the wood seat missing. The remainder have some wear as expected. See photos for more details.
Available payment options
Item pickup is Wednesday, September 24th from 1 - 6pm in Overland Park, KS. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
