This reclining sofa/loveseat is upholstered in brown leather with oversized stitched detailing. There are manual handles on each arm to enable the reclining function. Dimensions: 38.5" H x 87" W x 35" D; Seat: 20” H x 61” W x 21.5” D; Arms: 25.5” H.

Condition

Fair, noticeable wear; usable, but below average. There are signs of wear throughout including scratches and finish imperfections. The manual levers for the reclining function work best when not seated. See photos for more condition details.

Item pickup is Thursday, May 14th from 4pm to 6pm in Shawnee, KS 66216. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice. Brown Button contracts with a third party mover to provide a delivery option for our bidders. Delivery is available within 25 miles of the sale location. Bidders will need to submit a delivery request form using the delivery link emailed with their invoice.
